AG-4X 8"–24" Automatic Grooving Machine
The automatic roll grooving machine for 8"–24" large-diameter pipes supports processing of pipe wall thickness up to 13 mm and is equipped with a 2200W high-power drive system. It is suitable for workshop prefabrication, on-site installation, and batch production. The pipe fabrication equipment also handles demanding materials such as 20Mn high-strength steel pipes, which are difficult for standard grooving machines.

Controlled Grooving Process -
Automatic Depth ControlThe groover is equipped with a depth limit device. When the groove reaches the preset depth, the grooving roller automatically returns. This helps maintain consistent groove depth during batch production.
